Terms of Use

1. General

HotList.ee (the "platform") is a classifieds platform for adults aged 18 and over. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.

The platform operator may update the terms. Material changes are communicated by email or system message.

2. Age Restriction

The platform is strictly 18+. Users must pass Smart-ID or Mobile-ID age verification before viewing photos and detailed information.

Use by minors is prohibited. If a minor account is detected, it will be closed.

3. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • involving minors in any way
  • advertising trafficking or forced activity
  • sharing intimate content without consent
  • fake profiles, scams and prepayment fraud
  • publishing third-party contact details
  • images of real people without their consent

4. Listing Rules

Each listing must describe a real person and service, be honest, and use only permitted photos.

Contact details must be entered into dedicated contact fields, not the description text.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are an internal platform payment unit. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Posting, renewing, boosting, VIP labels, and unlocking contacts or galleries require credits.

6. Moderation

Each new listing enters the moderation queue. Review usually takes 1-24 hours.

Admin may reject or delete a listing if it breaches the terms.

7. User Obligations

  • provide truthful information
  • not use the platform for illegal activity
  • respect other users' privacy
  • follow Estonian law
  • not use the platform as an intermediary without written consent

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for transactions or meetings between users and does not guarantee the quality of services described in listings.

9. Refund Policy

Credits paid for listings, contact unlocks or gallery unlocks are not refunded except in case of a platform error.

10. Account Closure

A user may close the account by writing to privacy@hotlist.ee. The platform may close accounts that breach the terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved under Estonian law in Harju County Court.
